Seller will not bear responsibility for any damage incurred during delivery. As each item is made to order, beads may vary depending on availability. Buyer will be informed of any changes prior to making payment. Also, all my pieces are pictured as accurately as possible. Be affirmed that there'll not be any major differences between the featured item on my blog and the actual item itself. As such, no refund or exchange regarding pictorial discrepencies will be entertained. Lastly, if you see something that you really like, feel free to ask for a remake. However, pending remakes are dependant on material availability.

Postage via NORMAL MAIL ranges from $0.50 onwards (depending on weight) while an ADDITIONAL $3 will be charged for REGISTERED MAIL for all items unless otherwise stated.
Reservation... ... is allowed only under special circumstances such as when immediate payment cannot be made as you are going overseas or i myself cannot process the transaction due to other commitments etc.... In such instances, the reservation made is akin to an informal agreement for the purchase of the item by both the buyer and the seller. Please do not disappear after your reservation has been made and not reply my messages :(
